Shipping Costs Calculation
Costs are calculated based on the size of your order. Our stencils are sent rolled in cardboard tubes, then placed in secure packaging. The size of the stencils determines the size of the package, thus influencing the shipping price.

Regarding Customs Fees and Taxes

Return Policy
We accept returns of unused stencils within 30 days. You will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. Please note that return shipping fees are not refunded.
Parcel Refusal
In the event of parcel refusal at delivery, the customer will be refunded the amount of the order, less shipping and return costs. This measure aims to cover the logistical costs incurred by My-Stencils.com for the dispatch and return of the parcel. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the refused parcel, after verifying its integrity.
