To track your order, click here. Then fill in your email address and your order number (the order number can be found on your receipt or in the confirmation email you received).

If you need to modify your order, you can contact us by filling out the form on the right.

Please send us your last name, first name, order number and the email address you provided when you placed your order. We will then let you know if the modification is possible. 

Custom orders already in progress cannot be modified.

You have 15 days to change your mind.  If you wish to obtain a refund, please return the items to us. Only unused items are refundable. Upon receipt, we will proceed with the refund of these items.  You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Custom orders are not refundable.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a cancellation if you wish.

To do so, please contact us using the contact form on the right.

If your order has been shipped, you can no longer cancel it but you can ask for a refund by returning the unused items (except for custom orders).
