1.2 My-Stencils.com is primarily intended for customers located in the United States and other international markets outside of Europe. All shipments are made from France.
1.3 By placing an order on My-Stencils.com, the Client fully accepts these T&Cs without reservation.
1.4 The Seller reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The applicable terms will be those in effect at the time the order is placed.
1.5 All purchases made through this website are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt to reach an amicable solution, the matter will be referred to the competent courts in France.
Article 2: Products and Services
2.1 The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on the My-Stencils.com website.
2.2 These products and services are offered subject to availability.
2.3 Each product is accompanied by a description provided by the supplier.
2.4 The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity with the offered product, especially regarding colors.
Article 3: Pricing
3.1 The prices in the catalog are inclusive of VAT in US dollars, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any changes in the rate may be reflected in the prices of products or services.
3.2 My-Stencils.com reserves the right to change its prices at any time, however, the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Client.
3.3 The prices listed on the My-Stencils.com website are in US dollars and do not include shipping costs. Delivery costs, calculated based on the destination and weight of the package, will be added to the total order amount and clearly indicated before finalizing the purchase.
3.4 My-Stencils.com is pleased to offer free shipping for any order reaching or exceeding a certain amount, as specified on our site. This offer is automatically applied at the time of the order when the required conditions are met. Please note that this offer may be subject to geographical restrictions or changes according to our commercial policy.
3.5 Our company, based in France, is proud to offer shipping of its products to many countries around the world. It is encouraging to note that most of these countries have customs duty exemption agreements with France, allowing for an exemption from these fees up to a certain value threshold. Article 4: Order

a) Selection of products or services: The Client chooses the products or services they wish to purchase by adding them to their virtual cart.
b) Entering information: The Client must then provide or confirm necessary information for delivery and billing, such as delivery address, delivery method, and contact details.
c) Review and validation of the order: Before payment, the Client can review their order details, the total amount, and correct any errors.
d) Payment: The Client proceeds to pay for their order using one of the payment methods offered on the site. Online secure payment is confirmed by a validation page.
e) Order confirmation: Once payment is made, the Client receives an email confirmation of the order, summarizing the purchased items, the total amount paid, and delivery details.
4.2 The order confirmation implies acceptance of these T&Cs, acknowledgment of having full knowledge of them, and the waiver of one’s own purchasing conditions or other conditions.

Article 6: Delivery
6.1 Deliveries are made to the address specified in the order form, which must be within the agreed geographic area.
6.2 Responsibility for Damage: While we take great care in packaging our products, especially stencils in rigid tubes for protection, packages may be damaged during transport. The risks associated with transporting ordered items are the responsibility of the client from the moment they are handed over to the carrier. In case of damage upon receipt, the client must issue clear and detailed reservations to the carrier at the time of delivery. Without these reservations, no recourse can be taken against our company. However, My-Stencils.com commits to assisting the client in proceedings with the carrier to resolve such situations.
6.2 bis – Proof of Delivery
All shipments made by My-Stencils.com include tracking provided by the carrier. Proof of delivery may include:
- a “delivered” status as recorded in the carrier’s tracking system;
- a signature by the recipient or someone at the delivery address;
- a photograph of the parcel at the delivery location (if available);
- GPS data confirming the drop-off location.
Any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier shall constitute sufficient evidence of delivery, unless the Client provides clear and formal proof to the contrary.
6.2 ter – Signature and Recipient Identity: For deliveries requiring a signature, the name or identifier recorded must reasonably match the name of the Client or that of a known occupant at the delivery address.
If the Client disputes the validity of the recorded signature (e.g., unusual first name, inconsistent initials, or a name unrecognized at the delivery address), My-Stencils.com may consider the proof invalid, provided that:
- The signature does not reasonably correspond to the Client’s full name, initials, or a cohabitant’s name;
- And no neighbor, building staff, or authorized third party can be identified as the recipient.
In such cases, My-Stencils.com will open an internal investigation. The Client may be asked to provide:
- A signed sworn statement declaring non-receipt;
- A copy of a valid ID;
- And, where possible, a formal report or non-delivery statement issued by the carrier or relevant authority.
If clear anomalies are identified—such as an obviously incorrect or mismatched signature, conflicting delivery data, or questionable timestamp—My-Stencils.com may, at its sole discretion, offer an exceptional commercial solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit, without admitting any liability.
All investigations will be handled with diligence and fairness. However, commercial gestures remain discretionary and limited, especially in the absence of formal error by the carrier.
6.3 Deliveries in France: Delivery times for France are indicative. If delivery is not made within 30 days from the order date, the client can request a refund.
6.4 Deliveries in the European Union: Delivery times for EU countries are also indicative. A refund can be requested if delivery exceeds 45 days after the order date.
6.5 International Deliveries: For shipments outside the European Union, delivery times, although indicative, are generally longer. Customers may request a refund only after a period of 60 days from the order date. Additionally, for shipments destined for countries such as the United Kingdom and Switzerland, customs duties or other local taxes may apply beyond a certain exemption threshold. These additional charges, not included in the prices displayed on our website, are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly encourage you to consult local customs services for detailed information on potential additional fees, which depend on the regulations in force in the destination country. My-Stencils.com is not responsible for these additional costs.
6.6 Handling Claims for Non-Receipt
All our deliveries are made with a tracking service. In the event of a non-receipt claim, My-Stencils.com will rely on the tracking information provided by the carrier. If tracking indicates that the package has been delivered, this confirmation shall be regarded as sufficient proof that the order has been fulfilled, unless the Client provides valid counter-evidence as described below.
In the event that the carrier confirms delivery (with or without a signature), such confirmation will be considered legally valid evidence of delivery.
If the Client disputes the delivery, they must notify My-Stencils.com within five (5) business days from the recorded delivery date.
To initiate an investigation, the Client must provide the following documentation within the same time frame:
- A signed sworn statement declaring non-receipt of the package;
- A copy of a valid government-issued ID;
- And, where possible, an official statement from the pickup point or carrier confirming non-delivery or misdelivery.
Submission of these documents will enable My-Stencils.com to open an internal investigation. Please note that no refund or replacement may be demanded during the course of this process, which may take between 7 and 14 business days.
This investigation may include:
- Verification of GPS data, signature, and delivery timestamp;
- Comparison of the Client’s statements with the carrier’s records;
- Consultation with relay point personnel or neighbors mentioned in the tracking record.
If no formal error by the carrier or clear evidence of non-delivery is found, no compensation will be granted. However, where reasonable doubt exists—such as a clearly inconsistent signature, missing photographic proof, or ambiguous drop-off data—My-Stencils.com may offer a goodwill gesture, such as a store credit, partial refund, or reshipment, without any admission of liability.
Such gestures are discretionary and may be limited to one occurrence per customer to prevent misuse.
6.7 – Investigation Procedure and Processing Time: In the event of a serious dispute regarding delivery (e.g., unrecognized signature, missing GPS data, or clear inconsistencies between the carrier’s records and the client’s account), My-Stencils.com may initiate a formal investigation with the carrier.
This process may require a handling period of seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days.
During this time, no refund or replacement can be demanded.
At the conclusion of the investigation:
- If a delivery error is formally established, My-Stencils.com will offer either a replacement, a store credit, or a full refund.
- If no anomaly is found, the delivery confirmation provided by the carrier shall be deemed conclusive proof of proper fulfillment.
6.7 bis – Compensation via Store Credit (Goodwill Credit): In situations where an order is confirmed as delivered by the carrier but claimed as not received by the Client, and where no formal proof of error or carrier fault exists, My-Stencils.com may offer, as a goodwill gesture, a store credit equivalent to the order amount.
This credit will be valid indefinitely and can be used on any item available on the website.
Such compensation is intended to provide a fair solution when neither the carrier’s nor the recipient’s responsibility can be clearly established.
The Client retains the right to refuse the store credit, in which case no refund will be issued unless new evidence emerges or a court decision requires it.
This clause does not apply to cases covered by the statutory right of withdrawal, or to defective or non-conforming products, which are eligible for refunds in accordance with Articles 7 and 8.
6.7 ter – Customer Trust Policy: In cases where a long-standing customer (defined as having placed at least three prior orders without incident) reports an unresolved delivery issue, My-Stencils.com may, as a goodwill gesture, offer an exceptional resolution, without admitting liability.
This may take the form of:
- A store credit,
- A free replacement shipment,
- Or a full refund,
at the sole discretion of our customer support team.
6.8 – Prevention of Abuse and Fraudulent Claims: Any attempt at fraud or procedural abuse (including false claims of non-receipt, misuse of chargeback procedures, or friendly fraud) may result in the following actions:
- Reporting the incident to the payment platform used (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Visa, etc.);
- Temporary or permanent suspension of the customer account involved;
- Legal action in the case of repeated or substantiated offenses.
My-Stencils.com reserves the right to refuse future orders from any customer who has engaged in clearly abusive or dishonest behavior.
Article 7: Warranty
7.1 Legal Guarantees: All products sold by My-Stencils.com are covered by legal compliance warranty, addressing conformity issues with the order, and warranty against hidden defects as per the Civil Code.
7.2 Non-Conformity Procedure: In case of non-conformity or hidden defect, clients can return the product for exchange, repair, or full refund, including return costs.
7.3 Claims Process: Claims or requests for exchange/refund should be made via our contact form by email.
7.4 Artistic Nature of Products: Variations in stencils as artistic choices are not considered defects.
7.5 Warranty Exclusions: Slight deformation during shipping, usually temporary, is excluded from the warranty.
7.6 Deformation Warranty Limitation: Warranty does not cover non-flat stencils upon receipt due to material nature and shipping method.
7.7 Warranty Duration: 30-day warranty from the product receipt date.
Article 8: Return and Withdrawal Policy
8.1 According to the Consumer Code, the Client has a 14-day withdrawal period from delivery for product returns for exchange or refund without penalty, except return costs.
8.2 My-Stencils.com extends this period to 30 days after delivery for customer satisfaction.
8.3 Returned products must be in original condition for resale and accompanied by a purchase invoice copy.
8.4 Return Costs: The client bears return costs, which are non-refundable. It’s the client’s responsibility to ensure returned products reach My-Stencils.com undamaged and in their original state.
8.5 Refusal of Parcel: In the event that a parcel is refused at delivery, the customer will be refunded the amount of the order, less the shipping and return costs. This measure aims to cover the logistical costs incurred by My-Stencils.com for sending and returning the parcel. The refund will be processed within 14 days following the receipt of the refused parcel, after verification of its integrity.
8.6 – Returns Not Possible for Lost or Untraceable Packages: In the event that the carrier confirms delivery, but the Client claims non-receipt and the package is no longer traceable, My-Stencils.com will assess the situation upon completion of the logistic investigation described in Article 6.7.
If the loss is confirmed or deemed highly probable, a replacement will be offered as the preferred solution — unless clear evidence of fraud or address conflict is present. At the Client’s request, a full refund may be considered instead, unless the cost of refunding is manifestly disproportionate in relation to the replacement.
Article 9: Liability
9.1 The seller is only bound by an obligation of means in online sales; they cannot be held responsible for Internet-related issues like data loss, hacking, viruses, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.
9.2 Products comply with current French legislation. The seller’s liability is not engaged for non-compliance with legislation in the country of delivery.
9.3 Delivery Confirmation and Package Responsibility
Once the carrier confirms that a parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the Client, the order shall be considered fulfilled.
In such cases, My-Stencils.com cannot be held responsible for loss or theft occurring after delivery, unless the Client provides clear and verifiable evidence of a delivery error or carrier misconduct (such as fraudulent signature, incorrect delivery address, or falsified tracking information).
In the event of suspected theft or misdelivery, the Client is encouraged to contact local authorities and the carrier to initiate an investigation.
My-Stencils.com remains available to cooperate in good faith during this process.
Article 10: Intellectual Property
10.1 All elements of the My-Stencils.com site, including software, visuals, and sounds, remain the exclusive intellectual property of My-Stencils.com. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose, even partially, any elements of the site.
10.2 Any simple or partial reproduction of any element of the site without express authorization from the site owner is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation punishable under intellectual property laws.
10.3 Artists are allowed to sell artworks they have created manually using stencils purchased from My-Stencils.com. They can also sell art prints derived from these works, for instance, by photographing their manual creations and offering these images as prints. However, artists are strictly prohibited from creating digital works by exploiting the images of the stencils available on our site. This restriction is implemented to preserve the integrity and intellectual property rights associated with our stencil designs.
10.4 Although the marketing of original works and their art prints is encouraged, the use of our stencil images for creating digital or digital works is strictly prohibited. This measure is intended to preserve the exclusivity and artistic value of the stencils offered by My-Stencils.com.
10.5 It is also strictly forbidden to reproduce, create, or sell stencils that are copies or derivatives of the models offered by My-Stencils.com. This prohibition aims to protect our original creations and the intellectual property rights associated with them. Any violation of this rule is subject to legal prosecution.
10.6 This clause ensures that the stencils sold by My-Stencils.com remain unique and exclusive, preventing the unauthorized manufacture and marketing of derivative products that could affect the originality and value of our products.
Article 11: Force Majeure
11.1 The seller’s execution of obligations may be suspended in the event of force majeure which prevents or delays execution. This includes, but is not limited to, war, riots, insurrection, social unrest, strikes of any kind, and supplier issues.
11.2 The seller will inform the client of such a force majeure event within seven days of its occurrence. If the suspension continues beyond fifteen days, the client may cancel the ongoing order, and a refund will be processed according to the terms in article 7.
Article 12: Dispute Resolution
12.1 Amicable Resolution: For minor disputes regarding orders, products, or services from My-Stencils.com, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service first. We aim for quick and satisfactory resolution through communication and negotiation.
12.2 Major Disputes: Major disputes unresolved amicably are subject to French law and the jurisdiction of courts near the seller’s headquarters.
12.3 Limitation of Liability: My-Stencils.com is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse or malfunction of sold products.
Article 13: Final Provisions
13.1 If one or several stipulations of these T&Cs are deemed invalid or declared as such under a law, regulation, or following a final decision by a competent jurisdiction, the other stipulations will maintain their full force and scope.
13.2 These general terms and conditions of sale and the contractual relationships between My-Stencils.com and the buyer are governed by French law, to the exclusion of any other law.
13.3 My-Stencils.com reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. New T&Cs will be made known to the client by online modification and will be applicable only to sales made after the modification.
13.4 Language and Governing Version: These Terms and Conditions are provided in English for the convenience of international customers. In the event of any inconsistency or contradiction, the original French version shall prevail and serve as the sole legally binding document.
