💌 Make Sure You Don’t Miss Our Emails!
To prevent our emails from landing in your Promotions, Spam, or Junk folders by mistake, here’s how to make sure they go straight to your main inbox.
- Open the Promotions tab in your Gmail inbox.
- Find our email and drag it to the Primary tab.
- A message will appear asking if you want to do this for future messages — click Yes.
- You can also add our email address to your contacts to improve deliverability.
Can’t find our message?
Check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it’s there, drag it to your inbox.
- Open our email in Apple Mail.
- Tap or click on our name at the top of the message.
- Select “Add to Contacts” or “Add to VIP”.
- This helps Apple Mail prioritize our messages.
Can’t find our message?
Check your Junk folder. If it’s there, move it to your inbox and add us to contacts.
- Locate our email in your inbox or Junk folder.
- Right-click the email and select “Mark as Not Junk”.
- Add our email address to your Contacts or Safe Senders list.
- This ensures future emails go straight to your inbox.
Can’t find our message?
Search in your Junk or Other tab and move the email to your inbox.
- Look for our email in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
- Move it to your inbox and mark it as “Not Spam” if needed.
- Be sure to add our email to your contacts to help your provider recognize it as trusted.
Can’t find our message?
Use the search bar in your inbox to look for our name or email.
